Protective slurry seal and Krebs finishes that extend surface life.
Slurry seal is a protective coating applied over existing asphalt to seal small cracks, restore surface texture, and extend the life of a surface that isn't ready for full resurfacing yet. It's one of the most cost-effective ways to protect a driveway, road or parking area before deeper damage sets in.
Krebs finishes refer to precast concrete kerbing and edge finishes that define and protect the boundary of a surfaced area — keeping edges neat and preventing asphalt breakdown at the perimeter.
Both are typically part of a wider maintenance plan, and we're happy to advise on timing — slurry seal applied too late won't fix damage that's already gone deep.
If cracking is still surface-level, slurry seal is usually enough. We'll give you an honest assessment during your free site visit.
It depends on traffic and weather exposure, but many surfaces benefit from reapplication every few years as part of routine maintenance.
